Each can be heard performing in this extended clip about Hooper's novel approach to making of the movie musical that's based on Victor Hugo's classic novel about French politics and revolution. Universal has yet to release an official trailer for Tom Hooper's Les Miserables, but USA Today has a first look at images of Hugh Jackman, Anne Hathaway, and Co. in character. Visually, the musical film looks beautiful, but the jury's out on how it sounds until we get more of an official listen. Though Anne Hathaway is still just rumored to be a potential addition to Tom Hooper's musical film adaptation of Les Miserables, star Hugh Jackman is already getting some company for the December 2012 release. According to Variety, Russell Crowe will play foil to Jackman's Jean Valjean as Inspector Javert. Could Crowe's past experience singing with his bands 30 Odd Foot of Grunts and The Ordinary Fear of God have given him the casting edge?
