The Grease duo who melted hearts as love-torn high school couple Danny and Sandy in the 1978 smash big screen musical are joining forces again on a holiday album. This Christmas: John Travolta & Olivia Newton-John is due out November 13th, almost 35 years after their classic brought the two together, setting a new standard for teen romance pics at the time.

The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences is expanding its efforts to safeguard film history: As part of its $2 million "Film-to-Film" initiative, prints of titles such as 42nd Street (1933), The Asphalt Jungle (1950), Barry Lyndon (1975), Grease (1978), The Princess Bride (1987) and others have been acquired by the organization that runs the annual Oscars ceremony for preservation.

(Think Biehn’s played tough? Just wait and see him mean, nasty, and unraveling at the seams in this week’s apocalyptic horror The Divide, a film whose production was reportedly a nightmare in itself.)
