Aaron Johnson, Sam Taylor-Wood

Kick-Ass star Aaron Johnson, 22, and artist Sam Taylor-Wood, 45, have married in England, reports the Mirror. The couple met while making 2009's John Lennon biopic Nowhere Boy (he starred, she directed). Johnson next stars in Oliver Stone's Savages; Taylor-Wood most recently directed Daniel Craig as James Bond in drag for a gender equality PSA. They will both reportedly take the name Taylor-Johnson. The Kick-Ass sequel was a forgone conclusion but speculation mounted on when it would occur and if its stars including Aaron Johnson would take part. But all turned out fine and Jeff Wadlow will direct from his script, a follow up to the original that debuted at SXSW back in 2010 that went on to gross $103M at the box office worldwide. That's a lot of ass-kicking! Star Aaron Johnson told Collider that he's seen the script and it shouldn't disappoint.

Don't be surprised if Craig Gillespie's new, updated Fright Night bears only partial resemblance to the 1985 cult horror-comedy of the same name; with a suburban Las Vegas setting, a much cooler teen protagonist, and a modern milieu filled with iPods and 4G-equipped cell phones, the tale of a high schooler's (Anton Yelchin) battle against the seductive vampire who moves in next door (Colin Farrell) is more like a slick second-cousin to the totally '80s Chris Sarandon/William Ragsdale-starring original. And as such, 22-year-old Christopher Mintz-Plasse isn't your parents' "Evil" Ed Thompson. Far from it.
