While filming Michael Bay's next non-Transformers pic Pain & Gain, based on the bizarre, freaky real life story of a band of Florida bodybuilders who committed a heinous series of crimes in the '90s, star Mark Wahlberg put on quite the show for peeping photographers. Clad in workout gear and some very short shorts, he gave us quite the memorable first look at the modest little $20 million black comedy, as you can see after the jump.

File under bonehead move of the day: A 41-year-old man in Recife, Brazil was arrested and charged with using false documents and falsification of public document when he tried to open a bank account with a number of fake IDs in his possession, including one featuring a photograph of Jack Nicholson.

It's a sad day for fans of the inspiring sports classic Rudy. Daniel "Rudy" Ruettiger, perhaps the most famous collegiate football underdog of all time -- on whom the title character in David Anspaugh's 1993 film was based -- has been charged by the SEC for a pump-and-dump scheme that earned him over $10 million in profits for a Rudy-branded sports drink.

Let this be a lesson to all Wedding Crashers fans: Just because Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn pull some hilarious pranks without legal consequence in their 2005 comedy does not mean that said hilarious pranks can be pulled without consequence in real life. Just ask 22-year-old University of Wisconsin student Luciana Reichel who has been jailed for 90 days and put on 30 months probation after playing a copycat Wedding Crashers practical joke on her roommate.
