Titanic 3D Trailer: It's a Centennial Sinking Sensation!

It wasn't so long ago that I enjoyed my own reunion with Titanic, but this time, James Cameron invites everyone to Titanic 3-D, the Avatar'd-up revamp of his 1997 blockbuster. What parts are you looking forward to seeing in 3-D? Leonardo DiCaprio's shabby togs? Kate Winslet's unadorned areolas? Kathy Bates's contempt? You'll get them all in April, 2012, which marks the 100th anniversary of the Titanic disaster. Trailer after the jump.

J. Dawson is a bit more compelling than J. Edgar, wouldn't you say? Sigh. But man, "My Heart Will Go On" still feels overplayed 14 years later. Let this never happen to a true gem like "That's the Way It Is," world. Or a living gem like the ever-dashing Billy Zane. Frankly, I might've "let go" of Jack for Cal Hockley's devilish charms. Kind of like how the bastardly Wickham always seemed hotter to me than Darcy in Pride and Prejudice. Am I damaged? Discuss.

Yes Louis. You are damaged. But that's what too much twittering will do to you. Be that as it may, whenever I hear “My Heart Will Go On” I feel like squeezing a stress ball, so, I'm sort of the pot calling the kettle black, aren't I?

  • Dimo says:

    You had me at areolas.

  • casting couch says:

I was about to ask if they were double stuf areolas.

  • Hiro the Eighth Samurai (and 14th Assassin) says:

Can I lick the center of those double-stuf areolas?

  • KevyB says:

So will people go into this and finally realize how bad the first two hours are? Really the only way to tolerate it is to view the whole thing as Rose's coming-out story and her first lesbian encounter with an extremely blond girly-girl who's also a very bad artist.
