Looks like John Travolta may not get the chance to prove that he's man enough to play John Gotti Sr. in the upcoming crime-boss biopic from Barry Levinson. Showbiz 411 reports that the project, Gotti: In The Shadow Of My Father has been indefinitely postponed now that production company Fiore Films has run out of funds. Not to worry, Barry Levinson's still hard at work hammering that Gotti: Three Generations biopic into something that's starting to kinda-sorta resemble The Godfather, depending on how much you buy into Levinson's hype. But first, Deadline reports, Levinson and Gotti co-star Al Pacino (who most recently teamed up on the Emmy and Golden Globe-winning You Don't Know Jack) will film their adaptation of Philip Roth's 2009 erotically-tinged novel The Humbling. In a hearing today for the case of the $2,500 necklace that was alleged stolen from a jewelry shop by Lindsay Lohan in January, a judge found Lohan in violation of her probation and sentenced her to 120 days in jail. In addition to her time in the clink, Lohan must perform 480 hours of community service, 360 of which must be at the Downtown Women's Center in Los Angeles so that, according to Judge Stephanie Sautner, "perhaps then she will see women who are truly needy and might change her behavior."
