I've watched this Sucker Punch trailer twice now and I'm still trying to decide whether I hate it because it genuinely looks awful, or because the fact that I don't get it makes me feel completely out of touch, which in turn makes me resentful. I'm trying to be fair here, and in that interest, it should be noted that the beginning of the trailer uses "When The Levee Breaks" so well that anyone with a pulse will feel at least a little psyched. But I maintain that there's more life in the first verse of that song than in this entire overkill mind-f*ck trailer.

Well, here's something you probably didn't expect to see today: Three short films directed by Rachel Weisz, Jessica Biel and Eva Mendes, all done in conjunction with Glamour Reel Moments. The film series, which not surprisingly is inspired by Glamour readers' real life moments, has already drawn the likes of Demi Moore and Kate Hudson. But how did these three newcomers do?

While the first Gulliver's Travels trailer looked like a mindless CGI holiday paycheck for Jack Black, this new one focuses more on the insightful, sardonic satire that made Jonathan Swift's original work so legendary. It holds a giant mirror up to human nature and...nah, I'm just kidding. It's mostly about Jack Black deflecting tiny cannon balls with his bare stomach and things like that.

Forget expletives and meltdowns, this awkward minute of bloopers on a mid-day newscast in San Diego approaches such deadpan perfection that you'll swear it was scripted. Not only is the comic timing nearly flawless, but the segment builds to a finale that will make comedy writers everywhere a bit envious. It's possible that the Channel Ten crew just had a rough day (Hey, it happens to the best of us.), but I'd like to think there was more going on behind the scenes than we know. Maybe the The Office creator Ricky Gervais could relocate to San Diego and make a series that fleshes it all out?

Forget Snoop Dogg and Willie Nelson. Marijuana enthusiasts have a new pot culture icon to salute after Zach Galifianakis lit a joint during a round table discussion of Proposition 19 on HBO's Real Time with Bill Maher last Friday.

Jason Statham clearly does not mind being typecast. After playing the same role over a dozen times, he's gotten the hard-boiled, soft spoken, totally lethal bad-ass down to an exact science. He's so good, in fact, you occasionally wonder what would happen if he pushed himself or took on a different type of role. But then the Blitz trailer comes along and reminds you of the totally insane renegade cop action you'd miss out on if Statham ever moved on.

London Boulevard, the directorial debut from Oscar-winning screenwriter William Monahan, may have been sitting on the shelf for the last 15 months, but that doesn't mean you should toss it asunder like some other dumped winter release. (Boulevard is scheduled to hit American cinemas in February.) That's because -- hello, it stars Colin Farrell, looks like In Bruges and comes from the dude who wrote The Departed. Where do I get advanced tickets?

It was a year ago this week that The Today Show held its Star Wars-themed Halloween episode, which would have been memorable for Darth Curry alone were it not for the infamous Ewok bacchanal that virtually stopped the show cold. In their honor (in their memory? I assume they were tortured and fed to a Rancor Monster upon their return to Skywalker Ranch), and because Meredith Viera's Lady Gaga get-up is doing zero for anybody this year, let's look back at that golden, drunken October morning. May all your Halloween parties be this spirited.

This is tricky. I don't want to spend too much time writing about the trailer for The Last Circus, because its images say more than words possibly could. That's probably why there's not a single line of dialogue in the two-minute trailer. But I do want to convince you to watch it. It's one of the most visually immersive, bizarre and oddly beautiful trailers I've ever seen. And it features a clown wielding a machete.

Ever had one of those days where you're going cave diving in one of the least accessible cave systems in the world and then a tropical cyclone hits, trapping you in with flood waters and forcing you to swim deeper in hopes of finding a way out through the ocean? Yeah. The team in Sanctum is having one too. The film is inspired by true events and looks like it incorporates Executive Producer James Cameron's three favorite things: Diving, 3-D technology, and blunt, heavy-handed dialogue.

Those buggers at NMA are fast! Barely 36 hours after Charlie Sheen's meltdown at the Plaza Hotel -- the same meltdown that Sheen is now calling "overblown" -- the Taiwanese CGI news service has boiled the entire incident down to a mere 83 seconds of animated fun. Click ahead to watch the video, and enjoy the teddy bear used to censor out Sheen's junk.

Here's new teaser for the upcoming Halloween episode of The Simpsons which features Daniel Radcliffe parodying Twilight. Yep, after that button-pushing intro from a few weeks ago, it's back to safe humor and easy targets for The Simpsons. There's about a minute of footage from the episode here, along with a look behind the scenes and an interview with Radcliffe. I'd say the joke to laughter ratio so far is somewhere around one to three. Much more entertaining however, are the faces Radcliffe makes while recording vampire noises in the studio. See for yourself after the jump.

Disney has released a new music video for the Daft Punk track "Derezzed" from the Tron: Legacy soundtrack. By "music video," I mean advertisement for Tron: Legacy, complete with a little bit of stilted dialogue and a lot of skin-tight suits, virtual frisbee and foreboding stares from Jeff Bridges. As a two-minute video, it's visually stunning, action-packed and well-worth a watch. But based on the bits of dialogue here, I wonder even more whether this sugar-rush is really going to be sustainable for an entire movie or if all this hype going to amount to a neat-looking video game that we can't play. Thoughts?

That was fast: It seems like only yesterday we were stockpiling canned goods and bottled water in anticipation of Never Say Never, the 3-D! Documentary! About teen-pop phenom Justin Bieber! And now there's a 20-second teaser making the rounds, meaning that we are about 1/270th closer to the End of Days. Hold me. (Warning: Uncontrollable autoplay video after the jump, so headphones at the ready...)

When screenwriter Peter Morgan confessed recently that the shooting script for Hereafter was actually a rough draft written "very sketchily in the mountains of Austria," it explained volumes as to how the respected, Oscar-nominated writer of The Queen and Frost/Nixon became the man responsible for one of the year's most polarizing prestige efforts. It's since become clear it's not a position he likes, and apparently he's ready to throw director Clint Eastwood under the bus to get out of it.
