VIDEO: Susan Sarandon and Geena Davis Reunite to Talk 20 Years of Thelma and Louise

This is one where it's probably best just to do a quick intro and get out of the way: To commemorate the 20th anniversary of their post-feminist partners-in-crime road trip Thelma and Louise, co-stars Susan Sarandon and Geena Davis dropped by Toronto's shimmering Bell Lightbox for a special screening and discussion with Toronto International Film Festival honcho Noah Cowan. The fest's YouTube page put just about 100 seconds of the Oscar winners' chat online; here's hoping for there is more where that came from. Check it out:

Watch the International Trailer for The Help: Heart of Stone

You'll note that the new trailer for The Help calls Kathryn Stockett's source material a "sensational bestseller." That may be, but not much else is screaming "sensation" here: Viola Davis's one-note dignity, Bryce Dallas Howard's adversarial prissiness, and Emma Stone's smiley do-gooder shtick aren't providing much in the way of originiality. But maybe I'm just cynical; check out the new international trailer and let's hash this out.

How Insane is the Pro-Life Horror Flick The Life Zone? Let Us Count the Ways

Regardless of where you fall on the ideological spectrum regarding abortion, you'll likely find something cringeworthy in The Life Zone. Written and produced by former New Jersey judge/current State Senate hopeful (and, according to Zone's trailer, "Best-selling Author)" Kenneth Del Vecchio, the film premiered over the weekend at the Hoboken International Film Festival (which Del Vecchio, uh, founded) and is making the rounds as a trailblazing example of pro-life cinema -- and not necessarily in a good way. Movieline has yet to check the film out but has inventoried all of the peripheral jaw-droppery in the news:

What Accent is Don Cheadle Trying to Affect in New Trailer for The Guard?

The Guard has screened to very strong reviews at film festivals from Sundance to Berlin to Tribeca, and the brand new trailer for the film makes it look like the type of funny and irreverent import that would fit well on your DVD shelf in between Hot Fuzz and In Bruges. The only problem: what kind of accent is Oscar nominee Don Cheadle attempting here? Your guesses are welcome ahead!

VIDEO: Kristen Wiig and Maya Rudolph Describe the Journey of a Fart

This clip from the French Bridesmaids junket was uploaded to YouTube over a week ago, but only now is its splendor started to light up newsfeeds and Facebook scrolls across our great nation. Here's all you need to know: Kristen Wiig and Maya Rudolph are quizzed about scatological humor, and they both (along with the giddy interviewer) devolve into hysterics. It may be the first and last time you ever see movie stars really laugh.

Latest Green Lantern Clip Highlights Parallax Special Effects

Forget whatever you read about Green Lantern not having -- ahem -- buzz. The forthcoming comic franchise starter has been on the promotional warpath during the last 24 hours, and the release of eight (!) clips overnight has turned this one into an X-Men: First Class-like market saturator. While many of the new peeks highlight and expand scenes previously glimpsed in the trailers, at least one clip offers something brand new: a look at Parallax, and the special effects work that once seemed so dodgy. Click through to investigate.

VIDEO: Everybody Wins When Stephen Colbert Hosts Werner Herzog

You know how some mornings you wake up and go to work and browse the Web and wonder what you ever did to deserve the psychic flogging colloquially referred to as "popular culture"? And then some mornings you do it all over again despite thinking you simply can't put yourself through another... freaking... pace... of... any of it? And then there's that one rare morning when the dawn is just the right hue, the coffee is just the right flavor, and the culture gods you thought long dead or absentee at best actually signal their interest in satisfying you, if even for only five and a half minutes and preceded by a 30-second ad? This is that morning.

Watch Alec Baldwin and John Krasinski Continue Their Yankees/Red Sox Rivalry With Dog Pranks

New Era Cap Co. has unveiled a third commercial in their ingenious Yankees/Red Sox rivalry campaign featuring Alec Baldwin and John Krasinski. In the latest spot, the Something Borrowed scene stealer recovers from that nearly face-breaking punch that Baldwin delivered last month with a highly-detailed pet prank. Glee went off the air for the season last month, but the show has not traveled far from the zeitgeist. Thus far, no footage has been shown from the planned theatrics, but MTV has debuted a brief glimpse of what fans can expect. How brief? Try 15 seconds. Click through, but don't blink.

Watch Ryan Reynolds Learn to Fly in New Green Lantern Clip

The Buzz is still buzzing! Following reports of a positive first screening of Green Lantern, a new clip from the film has debuted online, offering potential ticket buyers the chance to see Oa -- the home-world for the Green Lantern Corps. Also on display? Geoffrey Rush's dulcet voice-over tones, and Ryan Reynolds flying around in his Lantern suit -- a scene that certainly recalls the jubilation of Jake Sully when he was able to run in his Na'vi avatar. New Clip from The Help with Emma Stone and Allison Janney: Not-So-Steely Magnolias

The Help pairs two of my favorite things: comic actresses and overblown, rootin'-tootin' Southern accents. Unfortunately, they seem to form a cliched, self-serious mix in this new clip from the upcoming film (based on Kathryn Stockett's book about African-American maids working in white households), as Emma Stone and Allison Janney forfeit their knack for punchlines, and fight for the title of Yosemite Samantha using their insane drawls.

Watch Dr. Who Lead the Fight on Vampires in the New Fright Night Trailer

Last month, DreamWorks debuted the first trailer for Craig Gillespie's 3-D remake of Fright Night. The film features a sarcastic high schooler (Anton Yelchin) who tries to stop his hunky vampire neighbor (Colin Farrell) from terrorizing the members of his suburban town -- specifically his mom (Toni Collette) and surprisingly hot girlfriend (Imogen Poots). And in a new glimpse of the film, we see how Yelchin actually plans on taking down Jerry -- a.k.a. the vampire with the worst name ever.

VIDEO: Relive the '80s With One (Fake) Agent's Voicemails to the Stars

Imagine: A quarter-century ago, young actors like C. Thomas Howell, Jami Gertz and Kirk Cameron were among the most vital powers in Hollywood.
