Effie, please hush up.
We've a word for you in twelve.
It rhymes with Haymitch.
I need to win this
Primrose is my everything
She can't be alone
what is in a name
that is what Shakespeare once said
guess he didn't know Peeta
My name is Katniss
Two berries are the answer
To make Panem free
Two berries is all
To fight with the Gamemakers
and Make Panem free.
Primrose, Peeta, Gale,
I fight for you all I swear,
I will make you free.
The Boy with the Bread
From burnt, to rotten, to just right
Always there, always with me
Vows I swear to keep
Rue. Love. Sake. Prim. Life. Bread boy.
I will die with dignity
If the Hunger Games
Really did exist today
The movie would tank
If I were to win
Maybe my wife would see I'm
Better than Peeta
Peeta I love you
Because you leave me speechless
Are you an avox?
Primrose, Rue, Cinna...
No one else will lose their life
On account of me
"Stay alive," he said.
So much good that advice did.
Now we are at war.
Goodbye my sweet Rue.
Sleep, to this sweet lullaby.
Prim (now Rue): I'll Win.
My brave little Rue
Beloved friend, trusted ally
Goodnight, sweet shadow.
I must stay alive
Haymitch, you drunk idiot
Send me silver gifts
i'm the mockingjay
with a bow and an arrow
I set panem free
Reacted too fast.
"I volunteer as tribute"?
Damn. Should've thought this through.
The Girl on Fire will
reign fire on the Capitol
with strength and beauty.
I think about Gale,
I wonder if he is proud.
How could he be proud?
Hunger Games begin
Arrow at capitol aimed
Fear me, I don't miss
For Prim I enter
For Peeta I will remain
For Gale I return
Peeta: friend or foe?
With bow and arrow, I hunt
Rue won't die in vain
I shoot proud and strong
Eyes and mouth hungry for change
My arrow will blze
The Death Knell Hisses:
Katniss, Panem is All Yours,
With Both Your Mens' Blood.
Amidst death and fear
Fighting for those I hold dear
My eyes search for you.
