Ok...what? They just started filming like a month ago! How is there already a teaser?

This is way too early for a Dark Knight Rises teaser trailer, especially when the release date is a year away, and principal photography for DKR got underway last month. I still think we'll see a Dark Knight Rises teaser trailer in December with Sherlock Holmes: A Game Of Shadows, just as the teaser trailer for Inception was shown with the first Sherlock Holmes movie back in December, 2009.

It's not too early. The teaser for Inception was also released a year before the movie and included spinning top and short cuts from few scenes, probably what was filmed first. And the movie is being filmed for a few months now. So it makes perfect sense.
The other thing that makes perfect sense, is that the teaser will be screened for the Harry Potter audience, apparently it's the target audience for the DKR as well. Which means that Nolan still sucks and it will be his another awful movie, which is my usual conclusion every time I hear he's directing one.

Stephanie, the Inception teaser premiered in front of Inglorious Basterds (summer 09) almost a full year before Inception was released.
