Jamie Foxx Reportedly the Choice for Django Unchained
After Idris Elba signed up for Pacific Rim earlier on Wednesday, it seemed that Jamie Foxx would be the last man standing for Quentin Tarantino in his quest to find a lead for Django Unchained. And he apparently is. Deadline reports that Tarantino wants Foxx to play the titular, revenge-seeking slave, and that talks will begin soon. Leonardo DiCaprio, Christoph Waltz and Samuel L. This SUCKS , he was my LAST choice to get the part, I think Foxx is the most over-used black actor in hollywood. I was really hoping Chris Tucker would get the role, it would have been a breakout role for him and I think he could have pulled it off.
