Kaboom Trailer: Everyone Take Off Their Clothes And Panic

Gregg Araki directed the excruciatingly great Mysterious Skin with Joseph Gordon-Levitt and the surprisingly funny Smiley Face with Anna Faris. And now the trailer for his latest flick, Kaboom, seems to bridging the gap between the goofs of the latter with the dread of the former.

Thomas Dekker stars at Smith, a slutty pansexual 19 year-old college student who appears to stumble upon terrible conspiracy that involves men with bunny head masks and bad intentions. But in-between the intrigue and the possible destruction of the world, there's a lot of sex. Girl on girl! Girl on guy! Guy on guy! Everybody humping everybody else! The Village Voice called it "a gonzo teen fantasy that's tripper, hornier and more apocalyptically funny than Donnie Darko," which appears to be exactly what this trailer is shooting for.

Verdict: You had me at "slutty," Mr. Araki. Sold.
