VIDEO: How Your Sexist, Racist Mad Men Writer's Room Sausage is Made?

As exaggerated and inside baseball as it is, this new animated video imagining a job interview between Mad Men creator Matthew Weiner (can you see the resemblance?) and a prospective female writing-staffer is probably the funniest thing I'll see all day -- at least until Next Media Animation delivers its own version of the Weiner mythology, anyway.
