HBO Renews Boardwalk Empire For Second Season

Get ready for more brain matter! HBO has renewed Boardwalk Empire for a second season, following its breakout debut. The Martin Scorsese-produced mob movie greatest hits package was watched by 4.8 million viewers on Sunday night, the largest debut for an HBO series in six years. Combined with the additional airings HBO ran on Sunday night, over 7 million viewers tuned in. Here's hoping the second episode is slightly better than the first.
