NBC Developing 'Harry Potter For Adults'
While Kelsey Grammer prays that NBC may be interested in Frasier: The Next Generation, the network is busy developing a much larger-scale project with the help of Battlestar Galactica creator Ronald D. Moore. The still-untitled drama is being described as "an adult Harry Potter set in a world ruled not by science but by magic," and let's just hope that no one asks Conan O'Brien for advice on what it should be called. They already HAD a Harry Potter for adults. It was called "Charmed." It sucked.
Sounds like a show version of the Lev Grossman's "The Magicians."
USA had The Dresden Files which failed as well andf that show was fairly ok
yeah, Charmed sucked it's way through 8 years of being on TV, WITH the lead actress leaving!
Let me guess you are a FireFly fan...yeah...that lasted!
If that country is called Amestris, then NBC and I will be having words.
Nope. Watched the entire show and movie tho. While the movie was alright, I was bored throughout the whole series. I AM a Buffy/Angel fan...
But thanks for assuming!
Popularity doesn't have a damn thing to do with quality.
