Wesley Snipes Expected in Prison Sooner Than Later

wesley_snipes_prison_225.jpgAccording to reports out of Florida, federal prosecutors are urging the judge in Wesley Snipes's tax-evasion case to rope the actor in immediately to begin his three-year sentence. The request follows last week's decision to uphold the sentence after an appeals process of more than two years. If Snipes had just gone when sentenced, he'd probably be paroled by now. Of course, then someone else would have had to play Caz in Brooklyn's Finest, and what kind of justice is that? [TMZ]

  • You've been keeping us pretty informed on this whole process for him, but you've left out one thing: What did he have written on HIS nail polish?

  • Beth says:

I see Wesely wants a new trial. He believes it wasn't fair. I don't know much about his case but it doesn't look good. I don't think he has proof of jury misconduct like his defence claims. But we'll see. Would like to see his movies make comeback. Underated actor if you ask me.
