· According to Ellen Page, director Catherine Hardwicke has signed on for Freeheld, a film about a New Jersey car mechanic (Page) who battles to secure the pension benefits of her police detective girlfriend following a diagnosis of terminal cancer. It's based on the Oscar-winning short documentary of the same name, but before you get too excited, heed Page's warning: "In regards to things being absolutely cemented, there's nothing, but there are things in development."
