Here's a nasty rumor that tops anything Lauren Conrad ever started: Laguna Beach spinoff The City may be off the air soon. According to Fashionista, the reality series about Whitney Port's travails as a New York fashion designer may be over thanks to Port and co-star Olivia Palermo's disinterest.
