What's On: That's Grandfather McSteamy to You

The Office enjoyed a healthy ratings spike earlier this season with the televised birth of Jim and Pam's first child, and tonight, Shonda Rhima tries to birth her own Nielsen baby boom with the delivery of McSteamy's first grandchild. Tune in to see McSteamy get in touch with his inner grandpa while the Seattle Grace staff tries to get in touch with a shark hook stuck through a crab boat captain.

Grey's Anatomy [9 PM, ABC]

Dr. Sloane's recently discovered daughter (played by Leven Rambin) goes into labor shortly after returning to her father's apartment. As the father and daughter make some important decisions regarding the baby's adoption, Derek stirs up some feelings at Seattle Grace by reaching out to a well-known cardiothoracic surgeon. Meanwhile, the hospital races to save a captain impaled by his own boat crew.

The Mentalist [10 PM, CBS]

A Clockwork Orange star Malcolm McDowell broke up his comic book convention schedule to film tonight's episode of the Tiffany Network's crime procedural. McDowell guest-stars as a possibly murderous cult leader at the center of Patrick Jane's latest investigation.

Bones [8 PM, Fox]

Find out what a rock-and-roll fantasy camp is tonight when Brennan and Booth head to one as part of their investigation to get to the bottom of the nasty spin-cycle death of a wealthy adventure-seeker. Pej Vahdat guest-stars.

Driving Miss Daisy [9 PM, CMT]

Adapted from the play by Alfred Uhry, this Oscar-winning flick features Jessica Tandy as the title character -- an elderly Jewish woman in Atlanta whose driving privileges are revoked by her son (Dan Aykroyd). After a bumpy start, Miss Daisy bonds with her chauffeur, played by Morgan Freeman. Patti LuPone co-stars.
