TV Bites: Another Day, Another CBS Project For Julie Chen

· 'Tis the season for developing daytime talk pilots. Yesterday, ABC revealed that it was designing a pilot for Tori Spelling and today, CBS insiders have confirmed that the Tiffany network is working on an A.M. panel chat show for Julie Chen. Being described as direct competition for The View, Chen's program would be geared towards mothers and include Sara Gilbert (Roseanne) as a co-panelist and executive producer. Chen, a CBS anchor and the host of the network's reality competition series Big Brother, had her first child with husband and CBS chief Les Moonves in September. [NYP]
