Late Night Highlights: The Best and Worst of Last Night's Leno-Conan Interpretations
1. Letterman's Monologue and Desk Doubleheader (Best)
The NBC scandal has been an economy-size gift basket for the Late Show host and former Leno victim, who again battered the NBC papier-mâché bird until its rainbow-colored contents fell to the Ed Sullivan Theater floor. Last night Letterman delivered a sharp monologue, suggested some new prime time programming for NBC and then for the finale, Dave and Paul double-teamed NBC in a lively discussion about the network's failings.

CNN reports:
Rosie O'Donnell -- who has been outspoken about her support of Conan O'Brien -- has canceled her January 27 appearance on "The Jay Leno Show."
Daisy reports:
Jay, you now have another viewer. I would have turned you off the second I heard that that fat cow beouch was appearing. But now that she’s not, I’ll tune in. @ Conan: If you can get Rosie " I'm a fat loud mouth beouch" O'Donnell to show up on Jay's show, his ratings will tank and yours will soar. Git R Done!
