A Hex Upon Him

Bloody Disgusting has heard a rumor that the Josh Brolin/Megan Fox Western Jonah Hex is about to go into reshoots with a new director. According to the site, Francis Lawrence (I Am Legend) will be subbing in for original director Jimmy Hayward (Horton Hears a Who), who made his live-action debut on the film. Those of you with longer memories may remember that Hayward himself stepped in when the directing duo Neveldine/Taylor (Crank, Gamer) was let go close to production. That gig is one heavily scarred hot potato! UPDATE: Bloody has updated their story, saying Hayward will actually remain on the project, but confirming Lawrence has come on board as a consultant.
