Can We Talk About Bristol Palin Dressing Like a Gorilla on Dancing with the Stars?

Sadly, I haven't been following Dancing with the Stars as closely as my esteemed colleague Louis Virtel has -- check here tomorrow to see Louis recap this week's dance-capades with former Dancing with the Stars contestant Erin Andrews -- but it's video like this that make me see the error of my ways. During last night's TV Theme edition of Stars, birthday girl Bristol Palin dressed up in a gorilla suit and performed to the theme from The Monkees. What do gorillas have to do with The Monkees? Is this Bristol's statement on Darwinism? Great questions! Click ahead to watch the video and see if you can figure those out on your own.

Fourth Verse, Same as the First: The Scream 4 Trailer Rings Up Horror

Despite the fact that Scream 3 exists, part of me is still quite excited to see what Wes Craven has done with Scream 4. OK, yes: There are signs of major trouble -- script issues, tons of casting, more script issues, Scream 3. But the first film in this initially unlikely horror franchise remains a must-watch whenever it appears on television; there's some nostalgia there, of course, but Scream is also just a really good movie. And so it isn't all that surprising to find the trailer for Scream 4 reminding everyone of that fact.

VIDEO: Mark Zuckerberg Offers His Take on The Social Network

At a recent Stanford University Q&A for aspiring entrepreneurs, Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg shared a few of his reactions to the The Social Network. Surprisingly, he does not cop to being a misogynistic, ego-maniacal social misfit, but he does give the film big props for nailing his wardrobe. The video with his comments is after the jump. Get ready for a lot of nervous laughter.

Javier Bardem's Face Will Reduce You to Tears in the Trailer for Biutiful

Given his excellent track record, it's not a huge surprise that Javier Bardem supposedly gives one of the best performances of the year in Alejandro Gonzalez Iñárritu's Biutiful. But if you had doubts, this gorgeous, very intense trailer for the film should put them to rest. Even in this two-minute time-frame, Bardem shows extraordinary range, restraint, and depth -- and he only speaks two lines of dialogue.

VIDEO: Francis Ford Coppola and John Milius Explain the Title Apocalypse Now

A three-disc version of Francis Ford Coppola's Apocalypse Now finally arrives on Blu-ray this week, bringing all the beleaguered hell of the director's 1979 classic to shimmering, sweltering high-definition. It's also occasion to unveil a gang of new special features, including a conversation between Coppola and screenwriter John Milius, who adapted Joseph Conrad's Heart of Darkness to the Vietnam era with hawkish aplomb. Here, in an exclusive preview of their chat, Milius shares the source of his title with Coppola. Hint: We owe it all to those rotten, filthy hippies.

Trailer Premiere: 11-4-08 Revisits That Optimistic Night America Elected Barack Obama

The midterm elections are almost upon us, marking two years since the historic vote that lifted Barack Obama to the office of the Presidency. How it's gone since then depends on whom you ask (i.e. the Obama Administration and basically anybody else), but that's not to say we can't -- or shouldn't -- reflect on that halcyon era when Americans seemed enthused, encouraged and mobilized by the prospects of political action. Or at least the kind of political action that didn't involve the sartorial accessorization of teabags. Enter Jeff Deutchman's user-generated documentary 11-4-08, the new trailer for which debuts after the jump.

Aliens in America: The Teaser Trailer for Paul Hits the Road

The good news about the teaser trailer for Paul -- Greg Mottola's sci-fi comedy starring Simon Pegg, Nick Frost and the voice of Seth Rogen as the titular alien? It delivers on its fanboy baiting premise: Two buddies on the way home from Comic-Con encounter an alien and have to help him escape the U.S. government. The bad news about the teaser trailer for Paul? It delivers on its fanboy baiting premise.

Mass-Murder Survivors Just Can't Get a Break in Leaked Scream 4 Teaser

Apparently security at this year's Scream Awards was pretty loose. A number of videos of the premiere of the Scream 4 trailer (which will air with the awards on Tuesday on Spike TV) have leaked online, most of them taken from cell phones at crappy angles. The best of the bunch is after the jump. Reviewing the trailer from the shaky video (complete with the interjections from the cameraman) seems about as fair as reviewing Avatar off a bootleg DVD from a subway vendor, so I'll withhold most judgment for now. I will say that it is big on action, without many hints about how Wes Craven and his team plan to make this fourth installment fresh, witty and relevant. The villain's menacing laugh during the voice over is kind of funny though.

New Trailer for The Fighter: Mark Wahlberg and Christian Bale Step into the Ring for 'High-End' Audiences

The first trailer for the The Fighter looked like a Rocky clone with a better cast. Nothing too offensive there, but it was a bit of a let down to those who had waited seven years for a new film from idiosyncratic hot-head David O. Russell. This new preview on the other hand is something of a masterpiece, with style to burn and overlapping dialogue edited well enough to Robert Altman jealous. But which one is telling the truth?

You Won't Believe What The Scariest Thing Is In New Saw 3D Clips

Halloween is drawing near, which means two things. 1.) It's socially acceptable to eat candy corn and also, 2.) there's a new Saw movie coming out. Check out the new TV spots for what purports to be the last Saw installment. For my money, scarier than any whirring buzzsaw or acid-filled vat is seeing what has happened to Cary Elwes in the last few years.

Adrien Brody and a Bunch of Trees Star in Trailer for the Lost-in-the-Woods Thriller Wrecked

Sure, Danny Boyle's brutal one-man survival show, 127 Hours, is getting plenty of critical praise, but do you know what it's missing? A high concept bank-robber-with-amnesia angle. Which brings us to the trailer for Wrecked, in which Adrian Brody wakes up to find himself stranded in a wrecked car that seems to have been dropped in the middle of a huge forest. He cannot remember his name or how he got there...but he has a gun. Your reaction to the trailer will first depend on how you feel about spending an entire movie with Brody. Besides a few flashbacks, it seems that his main co-stars are miles of wilderness, that car and the pistol he wakes up with.
