Mark your calendars for May 20! Or not: "Chronicling the lives of Dina Eastwood, the wife of Oscar-winning film legend Clint Eastwood, and their daughters Francesca (18) and Morgan (15), and the all-male six member vocal group from South Africa managed by Dina, 'Overtone,' Mrs. Eastwood & Company is an unprecedented look at the surprisingly normal extended and blended family behind one of Hollywood's most iconic superstars. It's weird that I know this, and not really that important, but Francesca is Frances Fisher's daughter with Clint Eastwood. A technicality, but most of the press I'm reading for this show doesn't seem to portray that correctly.
Clint,
Please don't let the family become another Kardas***
debacle. You are and have always been a favorite actor and role model to me and millions of other fans.
Don't bow to anyone's pressure and let them sensationalize any aspect of your life, present or past, it would be a terrible shame.
That being said, if you have an opening at Cypress, drop me a line and I will fly out at a moments notice...
Sincerely,
Ed Bagden
Clint cameos will consist of him telling the boy band members to get off his lawn. They will piss themselves and run, Clint will chuckle and mutter inappropriate insults. The audience will cheer.
I have a feeling one of the provisions to the show's greenlight was that Clint have little to no involvement or mention whatsoever. He's been known to keep even his loved ones at arm's length, so it wouldn't surprise me if he made sure that was cleared up very early on. Then again, stranger things have happend...
