I had vowed to get on with my life and leave the Academy Awards alone today. That all changed when a friend alerted me to an eye-popping moment on the Oscars red carpet that haunted my dreams and now demands reckoning. Dear readers, does anybody knows what the hell is going on here?

Looks like they are actually moving forward with that F.D.R. porn-parody, "Eleanor Back" which nobody wanted.
I one wide shot I remember, she was in the wheelchair and he helped her up then sat in it. They were posing for a picture at the time.

I saw this too when it ran live on ABC. It was so odd; I think I saw the woman get up from the chair, then the man sat down in it (the wheelchair), then pulled the women on his lap--and yes, the seemed to be posing for a picture. Hella weird, whichever way it is....
