If you haven't been paying attention, Colin has been doing a "bit" on his twitter for quite some time. If you take anything posted on his twitter seriously, your not paying attention...
And the fact that I had to explain that to a "news source" is kinda sad...

That being said, I wish Ferrel all the luck in the world conquering his addiction to heroin and I am personally in the process of writing an e-mail to the head of MovieLine to tell him to stop hiring jerks like the author!
Quinn is clearly joking. It's a running bit on his Twitter page. A few minutes of research would have revealed this.

Does anyone still think he was serious about this? He came out publicly to say this was all a joke. He’s a COMEDIAN, guys, come on. Now, this may not be funny, that all depends on whether or not you’re a Colin Quinn fan, but still this whole thing was a bit.
Bit or not, one famous comic calling another more famous comic a drug addict is entertainment news. What is everyone's problem here? If you like Colin, he just got free publicity so STFU!
