Real Steel, the robot battledome caper that already gave us the funniest trailer of the past two months, is back with a serious new one-sheet. Is Hugh Jackman thrilled to compete in the Remote Control Robot Derby? The answer is an eerie yes.

First of all, when did Hugh Jackman become a plummy-eyed Liev Schreiber? Or a Supercut-addicted Michael Vartan? And when did he start making that smirk? That smirk is reserved for creeps in vampire horror cinema with an industrial rock soundtrack -- and David Blaine. Then there's the robot itself, which seems to hold Jackman in its lap like a mall Santa. Bet his Christmas wish is for the color in his face back.
