A Night of Too Many Stars? Watch the Trailer for New Year's Eve

It's one thing to read through the slow drip of casting notices about an omnibus Hollywood romantic comedy and think, "Well, this cast is getting gigantic." It's quite another to see it in action. So! Say hello to the trailer for New Year's Eve, the non-sequel to Valentine's Day that features no less than 20 famous people named in the onscreen credits. Was that Halle Berry?

It was. And Robert De Niro, Ashton Kutcher, Michelle Pfeiffer, Hilary Swank, Lea Michele, Abigail Breslin, Sofia Vergara (actually unnamed in the trailer, but there), Jessica Biel, Sarah Jessica Parker, Katherine Heigl, Zac Efron, Josh Duhamel, Jon Bon Jovi, Seth Meyers, Til Schweiger (!), and Chris "Ludacris" Bridges. Hell, even Lisa Simpson is in this thing! And Mark Wahlberg's stepdad from The Fighter! If you're an actor who doesn't appear in New Year's Eve, that's probably because you were cast in What to Expect When You're Expecting.

VERDICT: Raise your glass?

Does this mean little Abigail Breslin is going to get her first movie kiss? (Or did I miss that movie milestone already?)

Allyssa Milano also has an appearance in the movie, but isn't shown in the trailer....
