Movieline's Week in Review: You Put a Spell on Us
A whirlwind week comes to a close at Movieline HQ, where bittersweet endings were met with beautiful new beginnings. How did we all get so lucky? Let's check back through the record and piece it all together with the Week in Review. We'll be around this weekend as well with pertinent news and box-office updates, so please pay us a visit, and have a good one!
· The Harry Potter saga came to an end, accompanied by customary grace, red-carpet exuberance, acute dread and apparently a little pee.
· The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge came to America and all we got was this awkward pose.
· Many thanks to this week's illustrious interviewees, including Errol Morris, Colin Hanks, Ari Graynor, Bob Stephenson and Verge designee John Francis Daley.
· Talking animals and convenience-store movies received the lists they deserved.
· Rejoice! Our very own Louis Virtel introduced not just one but two new Web shows! Did I mention rejoice?
· We've got your freaking Hobbit dwarves.
· Before clicking, try and guess the five surprise sleeper hits of 2011 listed at this link.
· Paz de la Huerta is apparently still allergic to clothes. Fake blood is OK, though.
