Ponder the Truth of Severus Snape in New Harry Potter Featurette
Oh, the mysterious plight of Severus Snape, the dark and complex Hogwarts teacher and Harry Potter-hating wizard of J.K. Rowling's beloved YA series. As the epic showdown between good and evil comes to its dramatic conclusion this week in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, consider the conundrum that is Snape in WB's newly released character featurette.
"The Snape story is much more complicated than we might imagine," begins producer David Heyman, before director David Yates, stars Daniel Radcliffe and Alan Rickman, and Rowling herself speak on behalf of the sinister, pivotal character.
If you haven't read the books, we won't spoil anything for you here. But if you are a Potter nut and love Snape in particular, it's a lovely ode to the character on the eve of the series' conclusion. It all ends when Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 sweeps into theaters this week.

OMG!!! I can't wait for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 to come out!!! I bought tickets for the 12 am showing and to the part 1 shoing previous to the new movie!! Snape has been my FAVORITE character in every movie!! Alan Rickman is such an AMAZING actor!! His voice is sooo cool, even the way he speaks makes him sound (even more) extremely intelligent!! When I found out what happens in the next movie I was sooo devasated (which I won't say because there shouldn't be spoilers according to the paragraph below the video). Well, the movie comes out tomorrow night and I can't wait!! WE LOVE YOU SNAPE!!! (PS If I were Lily Potter, I would have picked Snape by a longshot)
