Conan the Barbarian Red Band Trailer: True Blood

The new trailer for Conan the Barbarian, which stars Jason Momoa, Rose McGowan, and Stephen Lang, is probably the reddest of "red band" clips I've ever seen. In the loud, fiery trailer, we see impaled heads, decimated torsos, and general blood splatter. Fun! But remember, this is serious: Robert Rodriguez's reported remake of the important film Red Sonja hangs in the balance.

So that was noisy! And fulla splatter! It may have been a Kool-Aid commercial. Did I miss the footage of a smiling pitcher bursting through a kitchen wall? While holding another pitcher?

The movie appears to have a sense of humor, which is dandy. Thor was similarly wry, but it looks like Conan won't skimp on the carnage and Starz-brand gore like that movie did. Might this actually be... watchable? I'm terrified of that thought and require Kool-Aid immediately.
