Watch the Shia LaBeouf-Directed Video for Kid Cudi's New Song, 'Marijuana'
When Shia LaBeouf isn't running from giant transforming robots, he's apparently directing music videos. Following his work for Cage on the 2009 song "I Never Knew You," LaBeouf has once again embraced his inner David LaChapelle for Kid Cudi's newest track. The four-minute video for "Marijuana" landed online Wednesday, and was apparently shot by LaBeouf himself using a flipcam, among other technology. Click through to watch for yourself.

Certainly more lo-fi than anything Michael Bay would produce. LaBeouf can be seen acting in Transformers: Dark of the Moon, out on June 29.

he actually shot most of this on 16mm film (could be 8mm), & probably supplemented certain shots with the flipcam. but if you look closely, you can tell it is film. plus, the picture you have on the article before you open it is him holding a 16mm camera.
