Joss Whedon Begins Shooting The Avengers Today

"[Today] we start shooting (I THINK I'm legally permitted to say that)," Whedon wrote on his blog. "That's right.     So if today is the first day of "Avengers", then that stuff with Sam and Chris in NYC over the weekend was the after-credits-tag for Cap's movie.

    It's got to be better than the Ralph Fiennes-Uma Thurman movie. That one was awful.
