Watch the Slightly Different X-Men: First Class International Trailer

The marketing for X-Men: First Class has been the cause of much debate on the ol' interwebs. There were those hated character posters (that weren't that bad), the random still photo of Mystique and Beast on a picnic, and the initial trailer that may or may not have gotten you excited for the '60s-era comic book film. If you weren't a fan of that U.S. trailer, the international one won't really make you change your mind... but it still looks kinda cool? Click ahead to watch and decide for yourself.

Look, there are some obvious problems -- namely that X-Men: First Class doesn't seem to be about anything but setting up future sequels -- but if you can think of a better way to spend two hours in June than by watching James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender trade monologues, leave it in the comments below.

VERDICT: Still sold.

Ugh. This looks really good. You may be right, but I think part of the 'not being about anything' that we're seeing is them trying to keep secret the aspect of the film that supposedly nods to the new Star Trek (via Bryan Singer's idea of how this prequel series will tie itself, continuity-wise, with the modern-day series). But we shall see.
