Watch the Very Funny International Trailer for Bridesmaids
Here at Movieline HQ, we've been going back and forth on Bridesmaids. On the one hand, it's apparently hilarious, judging from the working cut Jen Yamato saw at SXSW. On the other hand, the marketing thus far has been a tad... lame. Will the Judd Apatow-produced film be "The Hangover for girls" comedy that everyone is hoping for, or just Bride Wars with the cast of SNL? Based on the latest international trailer, it seems like we have an answer.
Funny, right? The trailer highlights many of the same jokes that have been shown before, but with one key difference: Everything starts off with what appears to be much of Jon Hamm's very funny cameo as Kristin Wiig's sex buddy. If you ever wondered what Don Draper would sound like as an uncouth burnout, here's your chance.
Verdict: RSVP, yes.
