Much of what's presented here has been glimpsed before, but cut into two breathless minutes with the Alexandre Desplat score blasting on the soundtrack, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part II feels like the epic event of the summer. Sorry, Optimus Prime, Thor, Captain America and Jack Sparrow; by the time Labor Day rolls around, this boy wizard will probably be king.

VERDICT: Just come out already so everyone can see it five times.
