Kevin Smith Is Auctioning Off His Bluntman Costume and Other Memorabilia That Will Annoy Your Girlfriend

Just how determined? The writer/director/producer is auctioning off over 300 pieces of movie memorabilia from his most popular films on April 10 to cover distribution costs. Ahead, some of Movieline's favorite items from the lot.

Chasing Amy Clapper

Starting Bid: $300

Clapper board used on the film Chasing Amy written and directed by Kevin Smith. Production noted this as the clapper used throughout the filming of the movie.

Bluntmans Mask

Starting Bid: $200

Red goggle mask for the Bluntman costume Kevin Smith wore in the film "Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back." These goggles were unused but intended to be a part of the Bluntman costume.

Hero Bluntman Costume

Starting Bid: $500

The Bluntman costume worn by actor Kevin Smith while portraying the character Bluntman in the film "Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back". Production noted this as the hero outfit worn by Silent Bob while on the film set of "Bluntman & Chronic".

Toy Truck From Mallrats

Starting Bid: $50

Toy truck belonging to the Pull Toy Kid that Silent Bob steps onto and looses control on while trying to knock La Fours out with a sock full of quarters. Production noted this as the hero truck Kevin Smith used in the film "Mallrats."

Silent Bob's Shoes

Starting Bid: $100

These shoes were worn by actor Kevin Smith while portraying the character Jay in "Dogma". Production noted these as being the shoes worn by Silent Bob while accompanying Bethany, Rufus and Jay on their crusade.

Holy Golf Club #1

Starting Bid: $100

Cardinal Glick's blessed golf club Silent Bob steals and later uses to kill Azrael in the Bootlegger Bar. Production noted this as the hero gold club used by Kevin Smith in the film "Dogma."

Daredevil Costume

Starting Bid: $200

When Jay and Silent Bob are trying to escape the Miramax security guards they run through the filming of a Daredevil film. This was a nod to Kevin Smith being a writer on "Daredevil" for Marvel Comics. Production noted this as the Daredevil costume used in "Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back."

    If I was one of Smith's fan-boy minions I would be full of indignation because he did not portray Bluntman - he was Chronic! Then I'd go over to a Smith message board and flame MovieLine at 2:30am while wearing an ironic hockey jersey in my basement grotto.
