First Look at George Clooney's Campaign Posters in The Ides of March
If George Clooney's first trip behind the camera in three years wasn't reason enough to be excited for The Ides of March (based on the play Farragut North by Beau Willimon) perhaps a first look at the Barack Obama-inspired campaign posters his presidential candidate character employs in the film will do the trick. Click ahead for more. (You'll see.)
Along with Clooney (who also co-wrote the film with Grant Heslov), The Ides of March stars Ryan Gosling, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Marisa Tomei, Jeffrey Wright, Paul Giamatti and Evan Rachel Wood. Look for it in theaters on Oct. 14, 2011.

Quite a cast. Let's hope this is more similar to "Good Night, and Good Luck" in quality than to "Letherheads".
Agreed. Leatherheads was such a disappointment, especially since I love John Krasinski. Alas.
So we're talking All the King's Men meets The Candidate meets Primary Colours meets A Face in the Crowd? With added earnestness? And a dash of k Street? I'm actually down for that.
