Rebecca Black's Film Debut Sunday Comes Afterwards: A Musical Armageddon

Already sick of next year's April Fools' Day? Renew your faith with this Funny or Die preview for Rebecca Black's "Friday" film adaptation, Sunday Comes Afterwards, which sounds like a delightful Tennessee Williams tale. Unfortunately, it's an apocalyptic thriller. The lack of Auto-Tune during Rebecca's triumphant call of "I don't want this world to ennnnnd" is a cinematic touchstone for the ages.

Woah, fire! Gotta get down! On Friday!

I had to wiki this chick, and discovered that, "Rebecca Black (born June 21, 1997) is an American marginally talented pop singer who gained widespread attention with her 2011 single "Friday" through the vanity record label Ark Music Factory. The song received negative critical response, with some critics calling it the "worst song ever.""
Having no familiarity with this 'Friday' song, or with Rebecca Black, I have chosen to believe her bad press anyway.

I was so grateful for this girl and her mediocre auto-tuned song because it finally took focus away from all those a-holes talking about "Winning" and "Tiger Blood".

  • Rai says:

nice to know she has a sense of humour, at least.

Think of it this way, you're buying new and interesting supplies and tools for your hobby all the time, it only makes sense that other enthusiasts are doing the exact same thing.
