What Movie Could Be the J. Edgar of 2012?
The buzz surrounding Clint Eastwood's J. Edgar keeps humming for many reasons -- Larry Cohen's complaints aside -- not the least of which being the hot and heavy make-out scene between Leonardo DiCaprio and Armie Hammer. But what movie has the potential to be the next J. Edgar (in the same arm-stretching reach-y way that J. Edgar is the next Black Swan)?
Steven Soderbergh's Liberace! The second-to-last Soderbergh effort will feature at least one make-out scene between Michael Douglas (as Liberace) and Matt Damon (as his lover Scott Thorson).
"I never thought I would get to kiss Michael Douglas," Damon told People. "I kind of think of it in algebra terms, back to my high-school days. It's like the transitive property -- by kissing Michael Douglas, I am making out with Catherine [Zeta-Jones]."
Pretty sure it doesn't work that way -- but, OK! Damon also said that the Liberace script includes more than a few kissing scenes. Take that, Leo and Armie?

Now if we could just get Matt Damon and Armie Hammer to make out, I'd be happy.
