Grab the Kids: King's Speech PG-13 Coming April 1
This just in to ML HQ: "The Weinstein Company announced today that The King's Speech PG-13, the family-friendly version of its Academy Award-winning historical drama about King George VI, will open on 1,000 screens nationwide on April 1, and will be the only version available in theaters. [...] 'We are thankful to the MPAA for their wisdom and swift action in approving the release of The King's Speech PG-13 release. The action enables those to whom it speaks most directly -- young people who are troubled by stuttering, bullying and similar trials -- to see it.'" And there goes Sucker Punch's second weekend, no doubt. [TWC]

This is so stupid. Never should you re-edit for "family" audiences. Because if they are a true family then they're kids are to be supported and explained the importance of speech in the truest form, which in life is R. I find this one of the most distasteful things that I believe is ruining freedom the american way and Hollywood. You should be ashamed, especially you writer of the article for giving this a positive spin, you slimy little toad. Oh wait you give slimy little toads bad names.
Fuck.
You're right, Leon. I am ashamed.
