· Steven Spielberg's time-travel dinosaur TV series Terra Nova has been delayed once again. Originally, a two-hour preview of the show was set to air in May, followed by a fall launch. · Steven Soderbergh revealed recently that he abandoned a long-gestating project about Nazi propaganda filmmaker Leni Reifenstahl because he thought everyone might like a virus thriller better. Said Soderbergh: "...Scott Burns and I spent six months working a project about the documentary filmmaker Leni Riefenstahl who made documentaries for the Nazis. And suddenly I just said 'Nobody is going to go see this. Like literally, it's going to be me and you.' And I go, 'I can't do this anymore. I can't spend two years making no money on something that I know no one is gonna see.' And I said, 'What else have you got?' And he goes, 'Well, I want to make a movie about about a pandemic.' And I go, 'Let's do that.'" And thus, Contagion was born. Ladies and gentlemen, the current state of the film industry! [Studio 360 via The Playlist]

We're learning something. Rock and roll. Deal with it." He goes on to list which celebrities "get it" and which don't. James Franco: Getting it. Madonna: Never got it! [The Daily Beast]

· Meanwhile, Sheen's live variety show, Charlie Sheen Live: My Violent Torpedo of Truth sold out Chicago and Detroit dates in under 18 minutes. He is now planning to hit "20 or 30" more cities and to donate $1 of every ticket sold to Japan relief. What a guy. Vulture]
