A Note to Our Commenters...
So, as usual, you have a pithy, brilliant comment to leave on this site. And then today, all of the sudden, you're coming up against a technical snag forbidding this from happening. Everyone here sympathizes -- and we are working on fixing it! A resolution is forthcoming as soon as possible, and you can get back to contributing your fantastic alternate Transformers 3 titles and wincing aloud at Mike and Molly fat jokes. Promise. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

Sure thing!
Sure thing!
Most times it's instantaneous, so when it's a few MINUTES -- not just a short batch of seconds -- as it was with my re-post, and it doesn't show, and you're off soon to something else, then one more time out of respect for what you've contributed, and of the possibility of this-time-something-ACTUALLY-did-go-awry, and then you go. Got a sense of it now, though. Much thanks.
That didn't take long.
I know, right?
I really wanted to do that, and was both shamed and relieved when I discovered I didn't have to be that guy.
Thank you! I really would prefer it to be instantaneous, obviously, but servers etc. work in mysterious ways...
My feelings exactly.
So if I use excess profanity and abusive language my comments will post faster?
Oh, aren't you clever.
My mom thinks so.
I double posted yesterday too, and had just the experience you described. Thanks for making it clear that we're not doing something wrong and just have to learn to be more patient.
I don't mind the delay...I actually enjoy the time spent pondering all my typos and misuse of of words just waiting to be revealed. I like to think of my posts as a kind of Highlights Magazine cover for my fellow commenters to enjoy.
A post of mine on the thread about some twit from Big Hollywood attacking The King's Speech had two fairly mild cuss words and wasn't accepted. That might have been due to a server error, but if not, what constitutes excess profanity?
Fuckin' A.
That's odd. I'm sorry it got held up for so long; we usually get those approved and online within a few minutes. It simply slipped through the cracks. It's live now. Apologies!
No problem, thanks for posting it. Big Hollywood writers always piss me off enough to comment.
