Lost Alum Cops Role On Lie To Me
Doug Hutchison (aka Lost's groovy Horace Goodspeed) has been tapped to guest-star on Fox's Lie To Me, Movieline has confirmed. Hutchison will play Lane Bradley, a police detective whose star is rising in the department...until his world is waylaid by the kidnapping of his infant daughter.
A rather intense individual and already controlling of his wife and their teenage son, Bradley holds his better half responsible for the tragedy. But is he actually hiding something himself? Cal & Co. will get to the bottom of the mystery when the episode "Gone Baby Gone" airs later this season.
In addition to Lost, Hutchison's credits include the final season of 24 and the big screen's The Green Mile.
Fox's Lie To Me airs Mondays at 9/8c.

NOTHING will ever compare to Hutchinson's brilliant performance as Looney Bin Jim in Punisher: War Zone.
He and Dominic West redefine the word AMAZING.
Take note, Sean Penn. That's how you act.
Eh, you're ALL forgetting Hutchison's coup de theatre and his contribution to one of the creepiest episodes of TV history of all time- he played Tooms in '' Squeeze '' in The X-Files! Arguably the best use of fluorescent contacts ever and props for the final scene where we see him chewing paper for his nest.
He's part of TV history for chrissakes! Sigh.
Congratulations on your inaugural post!
Congratulations on your inaugural post!
I'm a huge Lost fan, but I did not recognize Hutchison as being the actor who played Tooms until I saw this article. I think the wig he wore on Lost threw me off, but now it's so obvious I don't know how I missed it. His performance as Tooms was phenomenal!
God I hated his character in the Green Mile and just can't get past that character any time he plays anything. Guess that means he did a heck of a job. Then talk about creepy, as mentioned above he absolutely revolted us in that X Files episode as TOOMS. Yeeeech.
