After awkwardly rolling out the red carpet for Conan O'Brien on his show, George Lopez welcomed Andy Richter to the TBS fray last night to make a few last jabs at Jay Leno and to discuss the time he accidentally took his daughter to Disneyland's Gay Day. Meanwhile, Chilean miner Edison Pena (who will run in the New York City Marathon on Sunday) regaled David Letterman with an impromptu Elvis performance, Dick Van Dyke owned up to his horrible Mary Poppins accent and Ellen Pompeo showed Katherine Heigl just how to promote Grey's Anatomy on national television.

Heigl always spoke well about Grey's. She did nothing wrong - and never bad mouthed the show once. Her crime was to say in a light hearted away that she thought the long hours they had worked the previous day was cruel and mean. Wow what a trashing that is. Forget the gazillion times she said how great the show was, how grateful she had been for the opportunity and so on. Tired of the constant digs at her for just being honest. Pompeo is just boring.
Heigl mentioning that she was withdrawing from the Emmy race because the writers didn't give her enough good material to work with was just the lovable ramblings of an old coot then?
Face it. She's a cunt. Whatever rehab she's doing to repair the considerable damage she's done to her public image, she's got her work cut out for her.
