I'm not sure if the author knows the meanining of the word mysogynistic. She is confusing things that offend her delicate sensibilities with mysogyny. That's what you get when you lower the bar in J school to accomodate the Equal Opportunity Education Act, a generation of substandard journalists.
Poor spelling and sporadic punctuation is also a choice.
