What Do We Make of Taylor Momsen on the Cover of Revolver?
As she is no doubt quick to remind you, Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen is a singer. A singer, friends. Her band, The Pretty Reckless, is such an important part of her life that she even took a hiatus from Gossip Girl to tour with them this fall. (Fear not, Upper East Siders: Jenny Humphrey will return to the show in two weeks.) That's all well and good, but it doesn't really explain her appearance on the cover of this month's Revolver. Questions abound: Are guns sexy? Are girls holding guns sexy? Is nu-metal sexy? I'm inclined to say no, but your mileage many vary. Click ahead to see Momsen's "controversial" cover.

Looks like she's coping well with the fact that her character on Gossip Girl just got every STD known to man from a one-night stand. Clearly she believes in method acting and can't properly act without actually having those STDs in her system.

EXACTLY! Here is a young WOMAN of legal age who isn't afraid to do what she wants. We never complain when we see guys with half-naked girls hanging off of them on mag covers, but when Momsen decides to be independent and just as "sexy" as the other covers, people lose their shit over it. If given the chance, half of these people would be more than too scared to fill her shoes.
I'm pretty sure her music sux but I'd still put mah penis in her. Fo-sho.
