Will Shia LaBeouf Transform Into Karl Rove for Next Role?

Nyuck, nyuck, gunshot. According to 24 Frames, Transformers: Dark of the Moon star Shia LaBeouf is very interested in making the dramedy College Republicans his next project. The Beef would play a younger version of Karl Rove, who is busy "vying for the position of chief campus conservative under the guidance of one Lee Atwater." Apparently producers of the film have never actually seen Karl Rove, but otherwise this sounds great. No director is attached yet, but Richard Linklatter is circling. [LAT/24 Frames]
