Shia LaBeouf Vs. Frankie Muniz: The Thrilla in Vanilla

Liston vs. Patterson. Ali vs. Frazier. Alien vs. Predator. To this rollicking roster of titanic tussles, we can now add the fearsome blood feud of Shia LaBeouf and Frankie Muniz, or, as I prefer to think of it, Scrawny, Pasty-White Fight Club.

In this corner, weighing in at 142 pounds sopping wet, it's Shia "9 Fingers" LaBeouf! It seems Shia has decided to revive his long-simmering spat with the one-time Malcolm in the Middle star. Speaking to radio program "The Bert Show," Shia decided to mask his contempt in faux-humility, claiming that, while he's had a lot of success lately, "you could have put Frankie Muniz into any the movies I've been in and those movies would have still been No. 1." Then, pushing his bravado level up a few more notches, Shia declared he was unafraid of any Muniz-retaliation, saying that he doesn't "go to many parties and I don't really hang out in Frank Muniz-type zones." Burn! Shia continued on with the interview, peppering it with various sarcastic references to Frankie, calling him "the king" and "the chief."

Frankie's Twitter retort was short but sweet

Dear Shia Labeouf. It's getting creepy the fact that you can't stop talking about me. It's been 12 years now. I don't know you. Thanks.

And the TKO goes to Frankie "The Drowned Rat" Muniz! Let's face it, Shia, when you carry a grudge for THIS long and you're so obviously more successful than your object of ridicule, well, you just come across as petty and a little pathetic. Shia, you're the apple of Spielberg's eye! And he hasn't done much of note since 2006! Time to let this go.

But before you leave us, please, I have to know: just what exactly is a "Frank Muniz-type zones"? Is it an abattoir? A kosher bakery? A rescue habitat for injured emperor penguins? I'm dying to know!
