Return of the Jedi Deleted Scene Like a Breathy Prank Call from Darth Vader
Because your weekend wouldn't be complete without yet another bit of Star Wars news, there's this: At Celebration V -- an "official Lucasfilm event celebrating all things Star Wars, produced by fans for fans" in Orlando, FL -- a deleted scene from Return of the Jedi has surfaced. Have you ever wondered how Luke got that flashy green lightsaber?
Well, he made it. But it wasn't that easy since he also had Darth Vader saying "Luke" over and over in his head, like some pimple-faced teenage prank caller.
Thanks to the magic of YouTube and smart phones, the deleted scene is online. Watch it now before it gets yanked off.

"Loo-o-o-k!... Loo-o-o-k!... Damn... I'm getting lousy force head-connection inside this thing! I should have switched to Verizon Force!"
It's because he bought an iForce and Tattoine isn't part of the 4G network.
Just like Planet Earth, apparently.
That "YEAH!" is why the terrorists...and everybody else, hates us.
Is this the original, or Lucas' digitally remastered version?
Must be original: no farting CGI creatures.
Nobody hates us but Leftists. And who cares about them?
I'm surprised GL took this scene out. It's far better than anything he left IN with Jar Jar Binks, or C3PO or the Ewoks.
